Aspire Chicago

Mission: To help support the success of children and adults with developmental disabilities, strengthen their families, and build embracing communities.

What we do: 170+ KeHE employees have participated in volunteer events and gatherings—from carving pumpkins to playing games—all designed to form relationships and learn from each other.

Tent

Mission: Focuses on mobilizing leading businesses to connect refugees to work through hiring, training, and mentorship – because we know that securing a job is a critical milestone for a refugee building a new life.

What we do: KeHE is exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

RecruitMilitary

Mission: To empower veterans and military spouses through meaningful career opportunities.

What we do: We’re committed to employing veterans and bringing their unique life experiences to our team. To date, we’ve hired [X,XXX] veterans and counting through dedicated hiring initiatives.

Salt & Light Coalition

Mission: Salt and Light Coalition is a trauma-informed workforce development program empowering survivors to thrive.

What we do: We’re passionate about educating our drivers on the signs of human trafficking – and leveraging Salt & Light Coalition’s trauma-informed workforce development program to help make a difference.

Second Chance Business Coalition

Mission: To equip our coalition member companies with best practices, technical assistance and support to increase the number of people with criminal records they hire and put on a path to greater upward mobility.

What we do: KeHE is proud to join the coalition and provide opportunities for individuals with past convictions as we work to transform lives and enrich our workforce with diverse perspectives and experiences.

Honest Jobs

Mission: To empower currently and formerly incarcerated individuals to quickly secure employment and access essential support services, providing a foundation for stability and success.

What we do: By partnering with Honest Jobs, KeHE will now reach over 150,000 justice-impacted job seekers across the U.S. who are ready to bring their skills and ambitions to new opportunities. Together, we’re working to make second chances a reality, aligning with KeHE’s mission to transform lives and Honest Jobs’ dedication to breaking down barriers to employment.
